Full name is Geoffrey Wilson. ... Twin brother of former NHL player Carey Wilson. ... Son of former NHL player Gerry Wilson, team doctor and member of board of directors for Winnipeg (WHA) from 1972 to 1978. Dr. Wilson played key role in Jets' recruiting of players from Scandinavia before it was common practice. He also served as team's vice president in 1976-77 and 1977-78.
