Missed parts of 1985-86 season with sprained ankle, suffered during St. Louis' Dec. 10, 1985, game vs. Edmonton, and with bruised rib cage. ... Paired on defense with Ric Nattress for St. Louis in 1986-87. ... Missed part of 1986-87 season with sore knee, suffered in April 1987. ... Realized childhood dream during 1987-88 season when he had chance to play for N.Y. Rangers after being traded to his hometown team by St. Louis on Oct. 23, 1987. ... Missed parts of 1987-88 season with low-grade virus, contracted in November 1987, and with strained stomach muscle and pulled groin, an injury suffered in March 1988.  ...
