Signed with Buffalo (NHL) in October 1977, but never played for parent team. ... Missed part of 1977-78 season with separated shoulder, an injury suffered in December 1977. ... Released by Buffalo after 1980-81 season. ... Played in 447 consecutive AHL games from Dec. 29, 1978, to April 1, 1984. ... Went into hockey-school business after retirement, founding Canadian Hockey Enterprises in 1987. The company, based in Peterborough, Ontario, offers hockey instruction and tournaments for youth, girls and adults. ... Serves as director of Canadian Hockey Enterprises' Just For Girls hockey school.
