Miscellaneous: Signed with Cincinnati (WHA) less than two
weeks after WHA draft. ... Missed part of 1975-76 season with bruised larynx,
an injury suffered when he was hit in the throat by a Steve Sutherland slap
shot during a Cincinnati game vs. Quebec. ... Was on Hampton (AHL) team that
folded on Feb. 2, 1978. ... When NHL and WHA merged in 1979, his rights were
taken back by Vancouver in NHL Reclaim Draft on June 9, 1979. ... Left unprotected by
Vancouver in 1979 NHL Expansion Draft and selected by Hartford on June 13,
1979, but never played for parent team. ... Was on Cincinnati (CHL) team that folded on Dec. 17, 1979.
