AWARDS AND HONORS Miscellaneous: Made his NHL debut with 16
seconds remaining in Game 4 of Montreal's 1975 Stanley Cup quarterfinals
playoff series at Vancouver. The previous day, he had been called up from
Nova Scotia to replace an injured Steve Shutt. Hubick spent the entire game
on the bench until the final faceoff with 16 seconds remaining, when
Montreal coach Scotty Bowman gave him a chance to play. ... Made his NHL
regular-season debut in Toronto's Oct. 11, 1975, game vs. Chicago. |
