| HOW HE GOT AWAY |
| TRADE: Boston traded MacLeish and Danny
Schock to Philadelphia in exchange for Mike Walton on February 1, 1971. Deal
was part of three-way trade which enabled Toronto to acquire Bernie
Parent. Boston's original deal sent Schock to Philadelphia in exchange for
future considerations (the delivery of Walton). When Philadelphia came through
with Walton (after acquiring him in the Parent deal), Boston added MacLeish to
complete trade for Walton. |
