League, a Toronto-based developmental skills league, prior to its inaugural
season in 2000-01.
Miscellaneous: Signed contract with Toronto (NHL) organization in 1979
but never played for parent team. ... Returned to Toronto and became a minor
hockey instructor after retirement, founding Russell Hockey Tutoring in
Newmarket, Ontario. Expanded company to include adult leagues under the name
Russell Hockey Enterprises.
