Found dead in Toledo's Maumee River on Jan. 9, 2006, after last having been seen at 2:30 a.m. on New Year's Day. He had been listed as a missing person since Jan. 2, 2006. ...Tantardini's ex-wife had told investigators that he had been suffering from depression, and the local coroner's office concluded that his death was likely a suicide and not the result of foul play.
