Drafted for Just a Moment

Kemp's name was called at the 1970 draft, but within weeks, it was discovered that he was ineligible because he was a year older than the Canucks had thought. Although he was originally reported as part of the draft class, his name was removed from league records prior to the start of the 1970-71 season.
