Played on first Vancouver team during franchise's inaugural season on 1970-71, and made his NHL debut in team's first game on Oct. 9, 1970. ... Scored his first and only NHL goal in Vancouver's Oct. 12, 1972, game at Philadelphia to close out the scoring in a 7-3 loss to the Flyers.

Significant Injuries

Missed start of 1971-72 season recovering from August 1971 ankle surgery. ... Missed remainder of 1972-73 season with separated shoulder, an injury suffered in Vancouver's Feb. 17, 1973, game vs. Detroit. The injury reqruied season-ending surgery to repair the shoulder and remove calcium deposits.
